Abstract

The article examines the problem of introducing into the institute of joint bankruptcy of spouses in the Russian Federation, changing the approach to the inclusion in the competitive mass of the common property of the spouses. Analyzed the relationship of the legal regime of property and debts of spouses with the possibility of introducing the institute of joint bankruptcy of spouses.
