Abstract

The article reveals and analyzes the definitions of cadastral value, regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the proposed authors studying the problems of determining this value. The author defines the spheres of influence of cadastral value in civil law. The examples of payments and regulatory legal acts regulating them, the size of which depends on the value of the cadastral value. The author also touched upon the issues of justice of the cadastral value of the property.
