Abstract

The article analyzes the state of counteraction to organized crime, its extention trends, analysis of statistical indicators, the causes of crime and conducive conditions for its development, the significance of an ordinary participant in the criminal community, and suggests countermeasures. The research shows that organized crime has become a real threat to the security of the individual, society and the state.
