Abstract

The work is devoted to the problem of the implementation of the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens in the new digital virtual reality. Analyzing the new generation of rights that have received the name of digital (information) in modern legal science, the author dwells on the actual problems of their provision. On the basis of consideration of special legislation, as well as by-laws, the author makes conclusions about the possibilities and prospects for further legal regulation of digital legal relations of citizens.
