Abstract

The article explores the fundamental principles of law, the nature of which determines the processes of formation and development of the modern Russian legal system. The author focuses on the concept of restored natural law and its role in improving the principles of organization and functioning of the Russian legal system. The article analysed the impact of digital technologies on the formalization of the principles of the functioning of the modern legal system.
