TRENDS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE-LEGAL SYSTEM SYSTEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF ABKHAZIA

Abstract

Owing to the declaration of independence of the Republic of Abkhazia, the consolidation of its constitutional and legal status as an independent state, the state of the modern state-legal system of this state becomes an urgent issue. The legal system reflects state institutions of power created and enshrined in regulatory legal acts in conjunction with civil society institutions, as well as the legal status of a person and citizen, designed, in turn, to ensure stability and future development of Abkhaz statehood and a decent standard of living of citizens of the republic. The legislative system requires special attention and detailed study, since the Republic of Abkhazia has embarked on the path of forming various institutions as a single, efficiently functioning system of state power, ensured by the rule of law and law. This scientific article conducted a study of the legislation of the Republic of Abkhazia, and also considered the trends of its further development.
