Abstract

The article summarizes the current aspects of fraud in the field of real estate insurance: the scientific aspect of the lack of interest in the study of the features of this type of fraud; the content aspect of qualification in the presence of special features of the objective and subjective side; the classification aspect of the division into types of fraud, taking into account different regulations and types of insured objects.
