Abstract

The article deals with the problems of formation of legal consciousness of modern Russian society. The interrelation of the state of legality with the processes of comprehension of legal values by society is investigated. The formation of a special type of legal psychology of the population under the influence of legal, technical and semantic shortcomings of legislation and widespread declarativity of normative institutions is noted. It is proposed to adopt a new Federal law "on the Prosecutor's office", the Concept of ensuring the rule of law in the Russian Federation.
