Abstract

The article raises the question of the balance of moral and legal attitudes in certain crimes. The author analyses, from the point of view of moral assessment, changes in criminal legislation related to the addition of qualified features of article 110 of the Criminal Code and the introduction of articles 110.1 and 110.2 of the Criminal Code. The author compares the moral and criminal legal validity of criminalizing the compositions of qualified bringing to suicide, inducing and facilitating suicide of the victim, organizing activities aimed at encouraging suicide.
