Abstract

The interrelation of the institute of public control and civil society is established, the role of public control in the processes of transformation of civil society is also revealed. The vector of development of the institution of public control in the conditions of modernization of civil society, as one of the mechanisms for the implementation of the function of human rights, is determined.
