ACTUAL ISSUES OF PROVISION BANK LOAN SERVICES

Abstract

In this article the authors consider a number of topical issues of banking services related to the provision of credit, taking into account the explanations of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation. In particular, the following issues of law enforcement practice are considered: 1. on the establishment of additional fees for the loan agreement; 2. on the possibility of the return of illegally accrued and collected commissions; 3. on the liability of the bank in the situation of charging illegal fees from the borrower; 4. about the possibility of partial early repayment of a loan; 5. on imposing on the borrower life insurance services in connection with the provision of a loan; 6. on calculating the limitation period when a bank sends a request for early repayment of a loan.
