Abstract

The article considers the peculiarities of establishing the circumstances to be proved for investigating and resolving criminal cases of crimes committed by minors. At the same time, methods of using modern information technologies to increase the efficiency of cognitive activity of subjects of proof are proposed and issues of recognition of the received information as evidence by the person conducting the proceedings are considered.
