PERIODIZATION OF THE STAGES OF THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHECHEN STATEHOOD FROM THE XX TO THE XXI CENTURIES: THE LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE SOVIET, THE POST OF THE SOVIET AND RUSSIAN PERIODS OF STATE-LEGAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPUBLIC

Abstract

The article presents the author's concept of the periodization of the main stages of the state and legal development of Chechnya beginning in 1918. XX through 2018 of the 21st century. For the first time an attempt was made to systematically systemize the key stages of state-legal construction in Chechnya. Each stage is given a corresponding characteristic, allowing to formulate a single definition of the term Chechen statehood.
