ENTREPRENEURIAL CONTRACTS AS A FORM OF IMPLEMENTATION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract

The article analyzes the interaction of the concepts of entrepreneurial activity and an entrepreneurial contract. The article explores the basic doctrinal approaches to understanding. The author concludes that the main features of entrepreneurial activity are qualifying features for an entrepreneurial contract. The economic contract that existed in Soviet times was the prototype of a modern entrepreneurial contract. An entrepreneurial contract is no longer planned, and the goal of satisfying the needs of society has faded into the background against the goal of profit. At the same time, an entrepreneurial contract continues to play both a planning function and a control function in carrying out an entrepreneurial activity, and profit-making is impossible without creating value and usefulness.
