Abstract

The article deals with the problematic issues of realization of the institute of judicial protection of rights and legitimate interests of citizens and organizations. It is noted that the improvement of the activity under consideration should be conditioned by its complex nature. Attempts have been made to establish an institutional link between the imperfections of criminal procedure regulation of the activities of participants in the pre-trial stages of legal proceedings, with the subsequent consideration and resolution of criminal cases by the courts.
