Abstract

This article provides a comparative legal analysis of the emergence of federalism in the basic law of Germany, taking into account historical experience during the existence of the GDR and the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as the findings of this study, which make it possible to recommend the legal aspects obtained during this study, the action of which is aimed at improving existing federalism in Russia
