Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of issues of improving the legal regulation of the conceptual apparatus of the Federal Law "On Advocacy and the Bar in the Russian Federation" dated 05.31.2002 No. 63-ФЗ. The authors propose a scientific justification for the criteria difference between the forms and types of advocacy, the idea is expressed of the need for legislative differentiation of types and forms of advocacy. The fact that the concept of “qualified legal aid” has a constitutional content dictates the need to distinguish between the concepts of these concepts with different semantic meaning.
