Abstract

The author in a study conducted as part of the article, defines the characteristic features of the implementation of the human rights function of public control. The implementation of the human rights function is directly dependent on the activities of subjects of public control through the use of special forms of control. The ways of increasing the potential of the human rights function of public control in the context of modernizing the concept of human rights are also identified.
