HISTORICAL, LEGAL AND INSTITUTIONAL ASPECTS DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The article deals with the historical and legal issues of the development of the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation, problematic issues of legal regulation of the supervisory agency. It is noted that the optimization of the legal status of the prosecutor's office should be carried out taking into account the mental legal traditions, it is concluded that the uncertainty and excessiveness of competences have a negative impact on the effectiveness of the body's activities, and it is proposed to improve them.
