Abstract

The article discusses the quality problems of laws and legal technology. The influence of legal technology and speech culture on the state of legality is analyzed. Explored language errors that prevent understanding the true meaning of a legal prescription. The importance of the quality of laws for the process of interpretation of legal norms and their implementation is emphasized.
