Abstract

This article discusses a number of legal issues of interpretation and the problems of applying certain provisions of civil law governing the sale of real estate. It also analyzes the norms of housing legislation related to the right to use a dwelling after its alienation, in particular: persons permanently residing with a tenant; with the borrower on the basis of a gratuitous use agreement (loans determined); recipients of annuities on conditions of life support with dependency.
