Abstract

The article attempts to study the problems of the legal status of bone marrow and hematopoietic stem cells and the prospects for their further development. The experience of the Russian Federation and the United States of America regarding the legal consolidation of compensation for bone marrow donation was studied. Specific changes and removal of bone marrow and hematopoietic stem cells for the purpose of their transplantation, including in minors, are proposed.
