MODERN SCIENTIFIC APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF THE DOCTRINE OF SECURITIES FOR OBLIGATIONS

Abstract

The article is devoted to analysis of modern approaches to the doctrine of security for obligations by the author on the basis of existing scientific literature, attempts to identify a common basis for methods of securing obligations, to determine their functional purpose, as well as criteria, is able to delineate the methods of enforcing commitments from other structures, endowed with a security element, but do not meet security purposes within the meaning of Chapter 23 of Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
