FORMATION OF POLITICAL AND LEGAL THINKING OF G. K. GINS: HISTORICAL AND THEORETICAL ASPECTS

Abstract

The article deals with the formation of political and legal thinking of one of the largest representatives of the Russian abroad, lawyer and legal theorist George Konstantinovich Gins. The content of the work traces the formation of theoretical and methodological views of the Russian lawyer, the influence of domestic and foreign representatives of the legal, sociological, and political economy Sciences on the formation of the right-cultural approach and the solidaristic doctrine of Gins. The author discusses the originality of the idea of a solidaristic state and Gins law, its main conceptual and content aspects of development.
