Abstract

This article examines the issue of cessation of the right to use residential premises in an aspect ratio of civil and housing legislation. Analyses Institute eviction from dwellings in housing law and is not used in civil law. The ways of the system approach to the grounds and consequences of termination of the right to use residential premises.
