Abstract

In the paper a great attention is paid to the fact that the range of the methods used in the investigation of the state (political) power is very varied. However, it is the system-structural method watt is the central one in the political and legal investigations, became it integrates the system analysis and the structural functionalism and represents, eventually, two aspects of the single system approached to the analysis of the conditions of functioning and developing the state (political) power.
