LEGAL REGULATION OF THE PROSECUTOR''S OFFCE OF INSPECTIONS NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED

Abstract

The article examines the legal regulation of inspection procedures and oversight bodies specialized prosecutors. Substantiates the common goals and objectives of these types of verifcation activities, based on what is deemed to be a unifed approach to the formation of the order of oversight inspections. It is proposed to extend the requirements of the Federal Law 294 in this part of the prosecutor's offce on the supervisory activities.
