ABOUT THE CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY OF RECEIVING A BASIC GENERAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The article analyzes and specifies the regulations of the constitutional duty to receive a basic general education. It considers the problems and perspectives of some areas of the reform of general education, as well as the issues of improving of the state policy in the field of the modernization of general education for sustainable development of the country. It proposes concrete possible ways to improve the quality of basic general education. It draws attention to the importance of the status of a school teacher as a key figure in the secondary education system.
