ABOUT IMPROVEMENT OF LEGISLATIVE SUPPORT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF MUNICIPAL FORMATIONS

Abstract

The article deals with the legislative regulation of the activity of local self-government bodies in the implementation of state innovation policy on the territory of municipal entities. The results of the research are presented, the purpose of which was the analysis of existing normative legal acts, the practice of their application, as well as proposed projects regulating activities for innovative development in general and municipalities. The author concludes that it is necessary to develop standard methodological recommendations for local self-government bodies on innovative development of municipalities, as well as adjustments and additions to the existing regulatory framework, in terms of providing a mechanism for stimulating the development of innovation activities at various levels, including participation in this process Bodies of local authority.
