Abstract

The article deals with the formation of the theory of legal collisions in the domestic legal science in general, in the theory of law, in particular. The author shows that during the Soviet period the main approaches are based on one conceptual basis, which is that legal conflicts have an objective basis, and their resolution and overcoming is possible only on the basis of cooperation of the norms of law.
