Abstract

The article reveals the common and distinctive features of law and morality, moral and legal responsibility, shows the versatility of the institute of responsibility in society. Versatility is not inherent in the moral and legal responsibility. Versatility is inherent in a social responsibility in general, as a phenomenon, without which there is no social order, the very existence of society.
