Abstract

The article analyzes the system of subjects of constitutional and legal responsibility in the context of the consideration of the problem of constitutional and legal delictuality. The author justifies the position that it is not necessary to artificially narrow down the range of possible subjects of constitutional and legal responsibility, while the delictuality of the collective body and the person who is part of it should be divided.
