MANAGEMENT IN THE SPHERE OF STATE SECURITY IN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article is devoted to public administration in the sphere of state security in the Russian Federation. It is noted that the creation of a new specialized body, for example, the anti-corruption Service of the FSB of Russia, may bear the risk of deterioration of the current situation in the field of anti-corruption due to the replacement of the system of anti-corruption bodies, the only specialized body. It is noted that the specialized body can more successfully identify specific manifestations of corruption, but the probability of corruption among the staff of this body increases, so you should keep the current system, since the activities of several bodies to avoid corruption among employees of the whole system. The activity of the FSB of Russia in different directions is analyzed, the empirical material is given. "State administration in the sphere of state security" in the context of the subject matter of this article is understood as the legal institution of administrative and public activities ensuring state security.
