Abstract

This article explores the problems related to the implementation of civil procedure in the consideration of cases by courts of general jurisdiction in the context of the application of new information technologies, notes the need for theoretical reflection on the implementation of information technologies, justifies the need to observe the principles of civil procedure law regardless of the degree of "informatization" of the trial.
