Abstract

The article discusses the features of the legal regulation of public relations in the field of the possibility of bringing sports fans to criminal responsibility. At the moment, the practice of sporting events indicates that crimes in the sports field committed by sports fans, whose illegal actions cause the greatest public resonance, are widespread and most often covered in the mass media. Of particular difficulty are the issues of qualifying such actions by sports fans, establishing the corpus delicti, as well as establishing motives for committing an act.
