LEGAL STATUS OF PEASANT (FARM) FARMS IN THE CONTEXT OF CIVIL LAW REFORM

Abstract

This article is devoted to the critical analysis of the essential characteristics of legal status of peasant farmings in the modern conditions. The author through the definition of commercial corporation signs makes an analysis of expediency of including peasant farmings in the system of commercial corporations and makes an assessment of legal specifics of law regulation of peasant farmings activity that differ them from the other kinds of commercial corporations. Summing up, the author makes the conclusion that peasant farmings shouldn’t be included in the system of corporate organizations and there’s a need in the modernization of the legal institute of peasant farmings.
