COPYRIGHT IN TATTOO ART

Abstract

The features of legal protection of copyright for works of tattoo art are revealed. Based on the peculiarities of the creation and existence of such works, the role and specificity of the content of the author's order agreements in the art of tattooing and the practice of tattoo studios are determined. Correctly drafted copyright contracts make it possible to ensure the proper level of legal protection of copyright, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, to ensure the competitive advantages of tattoo studios and individual master artists in the tattoo services markets.
