Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of developing conceptual approaches to the formation of a system of legal regulation of public relations in the field of the digital economy. The authors consider the features of the directions of development and content of economic relations in the digital environment, noting the objective need to revise the general approaches of state supervision and control over the economic and economic activities of subjects of civil law turnover in the legal policy of modern states, formulates the principles of legal policy in the context of social transformation under the influence of mass introduction of high technologies.
